Cedar Holler Cabins & Storage Portable Amish Log Cabins rent-to-own feature is only available in the following states KY, OH, TN, IN, WV. Please read below for other states options.

Delivery above 100 miles of London KY on rent to own will require additional delivery fees. Other states and areas the only option is to pay cash for the Log Cabin. We can only ship the log cabins within 400 miles of London, KY. If you live beyond the 400 miles then we offer a log cabin kit, you will be responsible to find someone to ship the log cabin kit from us to you. We recommend finding someone you know to come pick the Amish log cabins kit up. We can assist in helping find a shipping company with a flat bed trailer to ship to you, however you will be responsible for the unloading of the materials.

The shell model cabins consist of the total exterior construction with studded interior walls, first quality 40 year metal roof, advantech flooring with lifetime limited warranty. Cabins with Columns, banisters and handrails, the columns are square, the knotty pine is an available option. The shell models have no finish work on the inside and are non residential and do not meet any residential building codes. If there is local codes where the cabin is to be delivered it is the responsibility of the consumer make Cedar Holler Cabins aware of them. The consumer must supply Cedar Holler Cabins with the written local codes so that we can build to suite.

The Amish Log Cabins that are available on rent to own are non residential shells, there is no finish work inside. Perfect for hunting or weekend retreats.. The Log Cabin Shells are built with the exterior finished and stained and the interior is studded walls without any finish work. Cedar Holler Cabins has all the materials to completely finish the cabins. The purchaser receives a 10% discount for any cabin finishing materials they purchase from Cedar Holler Cabins.

Please note that if the location you plan on placing one of Cedar Holler portable cabins require any permits, engineered plans etc., it is up to the consumer to acquire all necessary documents. Cedar Holler Cabins are not built to meet any residential codes, it is up to the consumer to advise Cedar Holler Cabins of any special construction requirements. Cabin Buyer must have a proper and accessible site, If site requires special equipment for delivery then there could be additional delivery costs.
